Smoking Cessation

Are You Ready to Stop Smoking for Good?

Have you ever tried to stop smoking before and were unsuccessful? If so, you are not alone. According to The American Cancer Society, the average success rate for a first attempt to stop smoking is 6%. That is quite low. There are endless reasons why ending the smoking habit is beneficial. The most important reason is the impact it is having on your health and the health of your loved ones. It is estimated by the U.S. government that 55,000 people per year die as the result of health related diseases and complications from the use of tobacco.

Hypnosis May Be The Solution For You

Smoking Cessation is one of the most popular uses for hypnosis and it is often the most effective. Hypnosis for smoking cessation has a higher success ration than any of the products on the market today (gums, pills, and patches.) If you are determined to stop smoking and if you are dedicated to following my hypnosis program, then you will be successful.

Gums, pills, and patches work with you on a physical and conscious level. They are frequently not enough to help you stop the habit and/or prevent you from picking up the habit again. With hypnosis we work on a deeper level with the more powerful subconscious mind. This helps change the way your mind thinks about smoking so that you can truly stop the habit. Millions of people have had success with hypnosis smoking cessation programs and they find that there is no discomfort or desire to ever smoke again in the future.

How Does The Program Work?

My smoking cessation programs are personalized for each and every client. The number of sessions vary depending on how much one smokes per day. In addition to your sessions, you will receive a personalized recording that you can listen to at home to reinforce what we are doing in our sessions.

During your free 30 minute phone consultation, we will discuss your situation and will figure out how many sessions you would need in order to stop smoking. The maximum number of sessions generally never exceed 10 (unless there are extenuating circumstances) and the minimum number of sessions is usually 3. Rates vary depending on the number of sessions needed.
