The Deep Dive Menopause Strategy Session is a focused, solution-oriented coaching experience designed to help you work through one primary issue (or two closely related issues) with clarity and confidence. This session is ideal if you already know what you want to work on and want practical, personalized strategies you can start using immediately.

Most sessions last between 60–90 minutes, depending on the focus and depth of the work.

After your session, you’re welcome to reach out via email with brief questions, clarifications, or progress updates as you apply what we discussed. This support is intended for quick guidance — deeper troubleshooting or new concerns can be addressed through follow-up sessions.

Optional Individual Follow-Up Sessions

Reduced-rate individual sessions are available if you’d like additional support, accountability, or refinement of your plan.

  • 30-Minute Follow-Up: $75

  • 60-Minute Follow-Up: $125

Group Support (When Available)

Small-group coaching sessions are offered when a minimum of 3 participants enroll, creating a supportive and engaging shared experience.

  • 60-minute sessions

  • Offered monthly or bi-weekly, depending on availability

  • Investment: $50 per session
