Consultations are scheduled up to 90 minutes, so we don’t feel rushed. Some sessions naturally wrap up closer to an hour, others take longer — it really depends on what we’re covering that day. Sessions are guided by your needs and goals, with the flexibility to allow depth where it matters most.

4 weekly or biweekly 60-90 minute sessions for clients with one or two main challenges they want to focus on (e.g., hot flashes, sleep, mood swings, weight management). Covers 2 to 4 significant issues.  

Package 2 – 8-Session Extended Wellness Coaching Package

Package 2 – 8-Session Extended Wellness Coaching Package

8 weekly or bi-weekly 60-90 minute sessions for clients who want a deeper dive, more accountability, and gradual implementation of changes. Covers 6 to 8 significant issues.

Package 3 – 12-Session Comprehensive Wellness & Lifestyle Package

Package 3 – 12-Session Comprehensive Wellness & Lifestyle Package

12 weekly or bi-weekly 60-90 minute sessions for clients seeking full support for multiple symptoms and life transitions, and building long-term sustainable habits. Cover 8 to 10 significant issues.
